About the Initiative

Why the Yusr Initiative?

The initiative aims to build a diverse national network of trainers able to transfer the P3.express methodology and deliver it to different sectors and audiences, helping spread simpler, more effective project management practices.

The initiative is not only for trainers. It also opens the door to practitioners with hands-on experience and a serious wish to grow a career in training and knowledge transfer.

Methodology

Introducing P3.express

A simplified project management system designed to give a practical, structured way of managing a project, with clear, sequential steps that help project teams know what to do, when, and how to follow up on the project without unnecessary administrative complexity.

What Does It Focus On?

The system takes a simple, practical and cyclical approach that focuses on the essentials of project management and supports communication, decision-making and continuous learning within the project team. It aims to provide the right amount of structure and clarity while keeping the focus on delivering the project and its results.

Experience in the Saudi Market

We pay particular attention to experience of working and managing projects in the Kingdom, dealing with local and international entities, and understanding the local business environment and its challenges.

Two tracks, depending on your P3.express certification

Each applicant’s training track is set according to their situation and the program requirements. Both tracks share the same start and finish; the second adds two stages before the ToT program.

Three online training days that require full-time commitment. Those without the certificate first take a foundation course and exam preparation before moving on to the ToT program.

  • International Trainers

    The program is delivered by specialist trainers from Belgium.

  • Training Language

    Training sessions are delivered in English.

  • Live Interpretation

    Live interpretation into Arabic is available to support interaction and understanding.

Requirements

Attendance and participation requirements

Because the program is interactive, all participants must meet the following requirements.

  • Full Attendance

    Attend every day and hour of the program. Absence is allowed only in exceptional cases approved in advance by the organizer.

  • Active Presence

    Be present and engaged throughout the sessions. Logging in or keeping the connection open without real participation does not count as attendance.

  • Suitable Device

    Attend all sessions and interviews from a laptop or desktop computer; a mobile phone is not accepted for attendance.

  • Stable Internet Connection

    A strong, stable connection throughout the program that allows effective participation without repeated interruptions.

  • Camera On

    Keep the camera on throughout the interviews and remote training sessions, unless the organizer requests otherwise.

  • Professional Appearance and Conduct

    A suitable appearance and professional conduct while the camera is on, reflecting a serious commitment and respect for the trainers and other participants.

  • Place of Participation

    Attend interviews and sessions from a quiet place suitable for training. Participation from a car, while on the move, or from any place that does not allow focus and interaction is not accepted.

Meeting these requirements is a condition of taking part in the program. The organizer may exclude any participant who does not meet the attendance and professional participation requirements, or consider their participation as not meeting the program requirements.

Registration and Participation

How to apply

  1. Read the Participation Guide Before Registering

    Read the whole guide carefully before moving to the registration form, and make sure you understand the program requirements, participation tracks, training dates, attendance requirements and the commitments that come with acceptance. Submitting an application confirms that you have read the guide and agree to follow it.

  2. Complete the Registration Form in Full

    Basic details, experience, certificates, training experience, motivation and ambition, and the final declaration.

  3. Upload Your CV and Supporting Documents

    Attach your certificates or a visual portfolio of previous work or training through the secure upload link once it is launched.

  4. Accept the Declaration and Submit

    Submitting an application does not mean final acceptance; selection depends on an assessment of experience, motivation and commitment.

  5. Personal Interviews

    After initial screening, applicants who meet the criteria are invited to a personal interview to assess their fit for the program and learn about their experience, motivation and readiness to take part.

After Acceptance

Practical commitments after acceptance

Joining the network goes beyond attending the program; we are looking for people ready to contribute actively to growing the network of trainers and trainees and to spreading knowledge in the Kingdom.

  • Formally agree to the code of conduct for accredited trainers
  • Meet the requirements for maintaining accreditation
  • Keep developing training and knowledge-transfer skills
  • Train 10 trainees a year in line with the approved requirements
  • Follow the approved methodology, standards and materials within the partnership framework

Trainees a year, at least

In line with the approved requirements, together with delivering a free training session for a team nominated by Asees X, online or in person, to apply what was learned and help create real impact in the market.

Cost of Participation

Participation is free for accepted applicants and covers the training track set for each applicant according to their situation and the program requirements, under the Yusr initiative and its partnership to build a new network of P3.express trainers in the Kingdom.
