How Many Days Do I Get?
A worker is entitled to at least 21 days of annual leave, rising to 30 days after five consecutive years with the employer (Article 109).
Leave accrues in proportion to service: half a year of work earns half the entitlement.

What About Unused Days?
If service ends before the leave is used, the worker is paid for the remaining days, and for part of a year in proportion to the time worked (Article 111).
A day is valued at the monthly wage divided by 30.
