Senior Consultant – Strategy & Governance
About the Role
We are looking for a senior consultant to lead strategy and governance engagements with government and non-profit entities, working in a multidisciplinary team to turn recommendations into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and organizational design projects from diagnosis through delivery.
- Develop governance frameworks, operating models and performance management systems.
- Prepare analyses and recommendations and present them to senior leadership.
- Manage partner relationships and oversee the quality of deliverables.
- Mentor team members and transfer knowledge to them.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in management, economics or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in management consulting.
- Experience delivering projects in the government or non-profit sector.
- Advanced analytical, writing and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
